We have been looking forward to visiting this market. It is considered the best indoor food hall in the world. I would agree wholeheartedly. Paul Bocuse is considered the chef of the century and we will be having lunch at his restaurant tomorrow. There are over 60 vendors from butchers to cheese mongers, fish mongers, bakers, patissiers, frog leg providers, produce stands and more.
A sleek modern exterior to this reimagining of Les Halles. It was opened ion 1859 but in 2004 Paul Bocuse put his name on the redeveloped hall.
