For our happy hour Leslie popped open a fine Lambic Beer. This one had so many complex flavors and to top it off it had a champagne style cork. I had the last of my Alsaise Pinot, yummy. We watched the sun set from our windows and then went to a great dinner at the Amazing Factory a restaurant with a specialty of grilling meat. They did a great job providing a meal to a couple of carnivores.
