17 October 2021 Graz Austria: More Walking and Gawking

We left the Kunsthaus and walked along the bridge.  There are "love locks" left on this bridge.  I usually find these items annoying but the folks in Graz had put some really cool antique locks here.  We strolled along the river and saw a very cool dress shop.  We saw Karen again and said hi to her and her dogs.  We wanted to see exactly where the Opera House is so that when we went there for La Bohme we would know where to go.  Then we walked back towards the Hotelschlossberg to get to the funicular.

Rusty and old enough to have been on a chastity belt

Turtle lock

Shiny silver

Heart Shaped

From a distance it looks messy like most of the bridges like this end up looking

A royal crest of arms?

Nice dress shop, is it vintage?

Fancy but not over the top

The Clock Tower on top of the Berg

It is very old and I am not too sure the clock's time was accurate

The Armory

We saw karen from St Louis again and here are Lilly and Guinness, the two Caviler King Charles Spaniels that she is traveling with

The flower gardens are not aware that winter is coming

Turn left here to get to the Opera House

A lovely little building

What an odd place for a giant sword!

The Opera House

OK so this is the context for the sword

More new style buildings

Out for a stroll

Not so new buildings

This tiny vehicle is more of a wheelchair

Such detail it always amazes me

Only 10 km per hour

Goldfishes?
