3 October 2021 Port de St Aubin Switzerland

Lunch was all we had hoped for and more.  The restaurant was right in Port de St Aubin on Lane de Neuchatel and the sun was peeking out from the clouds.  The restaurant was quaint and we shard it with families straight from church.  The first time Leslie and I were in Switzerland, in 2005, we ordered a Caesar salad and paid $25.  At the time we were knocked back a bit at the cost and we got lots of mileage with that story.  I am happy to report that the cost of a Caesar salad has stayed firm at $25.  But it was a very tasty salad.  As we were in Switzerland it seemed perfectly appropriate to eat and entire pot of hot cheese for lunch.  The fondue was for two so there was plenty for all three of us,  This was the half way point to Colmar and perfect for walking out the kinks.  We strolled along the  harbor and saw the birds.  There were four folks on the beach, two in the water.  We wondered about the temperature of the water.  When one of the swimmers let out a ooooof sound so we knew that it was some cold water.

Will all of these boats need to be dry docked for the winter?

A nice couple who we saw later in the restaurant
