The changing of the guard and a bite for lunch

The changing of the guard is always a popular ceremony. This one was no exception. The crowd control was  inadequate in comparison to the crowd. There were two mounted police and on guy on foot. No sooner would the poor soldier move people out of one area, then 20 more people would fill in.
