Dave pre-arranged a rental car with a company I will not name although it rhymes with "you-no-car". The first thing we noticed that there was no one at the car rental agency. The door was locked and no one was inside. Thankfully cousin Jan was there to ask, in Swedish, where was everybody. Finally a woman, who was a representative for the company showed up, opened the door and started getting everything going . They had the reservation and everything was in order. She took Dave's driver's licence and put it into a scanner and then told him there was a problem. They didn't know what the problem was but his license did not match their database somehow. So I offered up my drivers licence but my licence didn't work either. Jan offered up his licence which of course worked just fine. Then Dave tried to pay for the car, but the person that has the licence has to be the person that pays. So now Jan is paying for our rent a car. He was a lifesaver for our trip. We got the car and went back to the station and got everybody and their luggage period it was smooth sailing from there is when we get to the hotel we all got our rooms right away. Our room was very nice and we had room enough to entertain later that evening in our suite
